In ldap::proxy, on systemd systems, use systemd_k5start to maintain
the slapd credentials cache. (akkornel)
NOTE: Starting with this release, if you use ldap::proxy on a systemd
system, you will also need to have the systemd_k5start shared module in
your Puppet environment.
