Newer OSes should enable this globally in Hiera.

ssh::config::sshd: Add parameters to selectively enable Ed25519 host keys and/or disable password authentication

Some of the tools used by aptitude and apt-key need to run stuff that is in
/bin

By putting it at the end, the params may fall out of order if one of the other params has “undef” as its value.

All of the aptitude code gets moved into a new class, which gets put into its own phase of the Puppet process.

Hold off on modifying the main sources file until
we’ve created all our other sources files.

Only start daemontools in ubuntu 14.10 and below.  Also make sure daemontools is brough in before we need it.
