Layout tool fixes & saving

WIP merge request for fixes to the flyer layout window.

Checklist:

  • Add functionality for saving the layout (6c8457c1)
  • Fix bug where flyers move to upper left corner (38c84464)
  • Fix bug with toString() output on FlyerConfig (d0ec316a)
  • Add graphics for the cables the Flyers hang on (ec1af494)
  • Fix NPE at startup (also fixed issue where Flyer 0's information was zeroed out at startup)
  • Add renderer detection to force OpenGL on Linux
  • Miscellaneous cleanup and fixes carried out while doing other tasks
