Usb enumeration

Griffin Drew Miller requested to merge usb-enum into master

USB enumeration is complete. Added new files mapping.txt, automate_rules.py, flyers.rules, and updated README for firmware.

(NOTE: For some reason git was giving me an issue with submodule digikey so I had to re-init it, I didn't intend to modify those files).
