Ashley EOQ tasks

Below is a rough list of things I'll finish up over the next couple of days. With the factoring out of the playlist functionality, it would probably be easiest to look at the changelist of the individual commits, rather than the aggregate.

1. Clean up playlist code, factor out to another class
2. fix pattern parameters (some patterns params can’t be 0) !51 (diffs)
3. write comments for APC40 class
4. map master controls to APC40 knobs up top
5. annotate picture of APC40
6. disable loop functionality when start time is enabled
7. save playlist start time information into json file, load info from file into UI
8. consider moving some of the UI logic into the FlightPlaylist class
9. widen tracks window to make sure the end times aren’t cut off
