Uniforming pattern parameters and 24hr time in the playlist

The start and end time are revised to be on 24hr time rather than 12hr AM/PM. Additionally, the non-editable fields in the playlist box are a lighter color to show that you cannot interact with them. The views where you can enter text are a darker color and the buttons are the standard color. The buttons in the playlist also now have descriptions that appear on hover.

All of the parameters for each pattern were adjusted such that the lower end of the parameter is on the left, and higher on the right.
