set up modal to work right in both articles, cleaned formatting of HTML and made it uniform between them

organized files in folders by faculty. Added code for Wes and Modibo. Lots of changes. About to make big change to Modibo modal code so making a checkpoint here.

Updated slider click drag to have "active" area for "wild dragging" back to the same as it used to be.

got vimeo carousel completely working, with autoplay and time logging. HTML5 one not sure if it fully works.
