Move from drive to gdrive.

This release moves us to using the gdrive command, instead of the drive
command.  That means that we no longer need to have a local folder of stuff to
sync; the gdrive command instead will search for the file remotely, and will
download the appropriate samplesheet directly into the runfolder.
